At EjaGuard, customer satisfaction and product safety are our top priorities.
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, the following refund policy applies.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The refund request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

Unsatisfactory Product Experience

If you are not satisfied with the product’s performance, you may request a refund.
Our support team may first contact you to understand the usage details and experience in order to provide guidance or confirm eligibility.
After review, we will proceed with an appropriate refund or resolution.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used intimate products are generally non-returnable, except in cases of verified defect or approved satisfaction-related refund.

2. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Due to uncertainties in international shipping, delivery times are not guaranteed.

We can arrange a replacement shipment or refund only in the following situations:

  • The package is officially confirmed lost in transit, or

  • The tracking information shows no update for 30 consecutive days during shipment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Products that have been tampered with or intentionally damaged

  • Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date (except lost-in-transit cases above)

  • Items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue or experience

    • Photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective

  2. Requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved:

    • A replacement will be sent, or

    • A refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
Once shipped, orders must follow the refund policy above.
